Core Principles

Personalized Operational Guidance Rooted in Core Values

Every incident is different, and so is every terrain, team, and signal condition. The ecosystem embraces this reality while staying true to clinical standards, security, and practicality. By understanding your protocols and constraints, tailored, end‑to‑end workflows are delivered that truly serve responders and patients.

THE STORY

Rapid Tactical was born from the vision of Major (Dr.) Shapath Phogat (R), who , while serving in the Special Forces, often operated in remote and hostile environments where medical help was hours away. He witnessed how lives were lost, not from lack of will, but from the absence of first aid knowledge, equipment, and timely response during the crucial golden hour. This realization sparked the idea of creating an ecosystem that empowers anyone—a bystander, a layman, or a combatant—to deliver immediate, definitive medical response when no professional is available.

Joining forces with Ritu and Garvit, both innovators in technology who shared the same passion for saving lives, the vision evolved into Rapid Tactical. Today, we integrate military-grade first aid kits with an intelligent SOS platform to bridge the gap between incident and hospital care, ensuring life-saving support reaches everywhere—from battlefields and highways to villages, cities, and homes.

Purpose

Aligning Care with Mission

Your task is to define the mission and constraints; the role here is to listen, map protocols to your context, and ensure guidance supports lifesaving outcomes.

Commitment

A Partnership Built on Commitment

Time is taken to learn unit goals and family/community impact. With this insight, a field‑ready strategy that integrates Digital Aid, Monitoring, and Logistics is created, and a lasting relationship is built to maintain readiness.

mission

Building a Strong ResponseFoundation

Operational excellence isn’t luck, it’s built on fundamentals. Clear protocols, offline capability, reliable comms, equipped kits, and clean handoffs are key. The mission is to guide your team through setup, training, and continuous improvement every step of the way.
