Maj (Dr.) Shapath Phogat is the Founder & CEO of Rapid Tactical, a former Indian Army Medical Officer and emergency physician dedicated to advancing emergency preparedness. Driven by the belief that timely intervention saves lives, he founded Rapid Tactical to build an integrated ecosystem of medical equipment, digital technology, and training. His mission is to empower military personnel, first responders, organizations, and civilians with the confidence and capability to respond effectively when every second counts.
With over a decade of experience building mission-critical technology platforms, our founder is driven by a simple belief—that technology should inspire confidence when every second counts. His focus has always been on engineering secure, scalable, and reliable solutions that deliver performance where it matters most.
With over a decade of experience in enterprise mobility, offline-first mobile architecture, intelligent data synchronization, cloud platforms and data-driven product strategy. He specialises in translating complex operational needs into intuitive, user-centred products that perform reliably in demanding and low-connectivity environments.
